FAQ – Order Help & Shopping Guide
How to Place an Order
Select your preferred products and add them to your cart.
Proceed to checkout using PayPal or standard checkout.
Enter your email, full name, and shipping information.
Add a promo code in the Discount field if available.
Confirm your address → enter payment details → click Complete Order.
After submission, confirmation will appear on the website and be sent by email.

Incorrect or Missing Items
If your order has missing or incorrect items, please contact support with:
Your order number
A clear photo under 1MB showing the issue
After verification, the correct product will be shipped at no extra cost.

Order Confirmation
A confirmation email with order details will be sent after purchase. Please check spam or junk folders if needed.
Modifying Orders
Order changes must be requested before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order day. After this time, processing may already have begun.

Enter your code in the Discount field and click Apply. Savings will appear in your order summary.
